Ryan is the CEO of ADR Technology, steering the company’s strategic vision and fostering meaningful partnerships. With over 11 years of experience managing Workshare technology in APAC, Ryan is a recognised leader and trusted name in the legal tech industry. He has been working in the ADR space for over three years, understands how to lead the engineering team and has established relationships with ADR Technology key customers and partners.
David Woolstencroft
Chairman
David Woolstencroft brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ADR Technology, having co-founded the renowned legal technology company DocsCorp, which was acquired by Litera Technology LLC in 2021. He is currently the CEO of Novum Global, a prominent legal tech consulting and talent acquisition firm and serves on the advisory board of software company Tensis.
Emma Waldon
Director & Company Secretary
Diverse corporate advisory, capital markets and corporate governance experience having held roles in accounting and debt and equity capital markets in Australia and the United Kingdom. Experienced in taking companies through the ASX listing process and NASDAQ listing compliance. Currently Company Secretary of Emvision Medical Devices Ltd (ASX:EMV) and Argenica Therapeutics Limited (ASX:AGN).

Grace Ouyang, Chief Marketing Officer at ADR Technology, brings extensive expertise in branding, audience engagement, and strategic marketing. At Novum Global, Grace enhanced the company’s brand visibility within the legal tech sector, driving successful marketing initiatives and fostering industry connections. Most recently, as General Manager of People in Legal, she amplified leadership stories and professional branding across the legal and technology sectors.

Will is the founder and developer behind Habeas.ai, an AI-powered legal research platform transforming how Australian legal professionals' work. With deep expertise in both AI systems and human-centered design, he specialises in creating technology solutions that deliver measurable value while respecting existing professional practices. Will is leveraging his expertise as a key advisor to shape ADR Technology’s AI strategy, driving innovation in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Who owns ADR Technology?
ADR Pty Ltd is a privately held company backed by private investors. We trade under the name ADR Technology Pty Ltd under the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).
Are you Immediation Pty Ltd?
No, we are not Immediation Pty Ltd. In early 2024, ADR Technology Pty Ltd acquired only the intellectual property assets of Immediation Pty Ltd, recognising the outstanding potential of its technology. We are a completely separate entity, with no connection to the previous management or corporate direction of Immediation. This acquisition was purely for the technology, allowing us to integrate it into our own portfolio and bring a fresh approach to ADR innovation.
